Counseling and Assistance
The Fleet & Family Support Center (FFSC) provides confidential, no-cost counseling and support to help Sailors and families navigate military life. Services include individual counseling, child counseling, family and blended-family counseling, marriage/couples counseling, and Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate support.
FFSC also offers Family Advocacy Program services for prevention, intervention, and command coordination.
Counseling can support challenges such as adjusting to military life, communication and conflict resolution, deployment reintegration, anger management, grief and loss, divorce, infidelity, parenting skills, and other factors affecting quality of life.
SAIL: Support After Suicide-Related Behavior
The Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life (SAIL) program provides rapid assistance, ongoing risk assessment, care coordination, and reintegration support for service members following suicide-related behavior. SAIL works alongside mental health providers and command leadership to ensure safe, coordinated recovery.
