Discounts for Eligible Commands

Eligible command functions on base can access discounted or free equipment rentals. Each command may submit up to four requests per year.

Advance Reservations

  • Active Duty & Retirees: Reserve select large equipment—such as log splitters and towable BBQ grills—up to 45 days in advance.

  • All Others: Reservations available 30 days in advance.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Pick up equipment after 3 pm and return it before 5:30 pm to avoid additional charges.
