Unaccompanied Housing
Unaccompanied Housing is conveniently located on Naval Air Station Fallon and houses approximately 225 personnel across five buildings. Accommodations are based on rank and status. Most residents have a private bedroom with a shared common area that includes a full kitchen and bathroom. Building 108 serves as the check-in location, and linen is provided upon arrival.
Eligibility
Most junior personnel (E1–E3 and E4 with fewer than four years of service) are required to live in UH. E4 personnel with more than four years of service may also be assigned UH based on space availability.

UH residents have access to several on-base conveniences, including:

- Resident-only laundry facility
- Centrally located mail room
- Vending machines and recreation area

Geographic Bachelor (GB) Berthing Requests
Geographic Bachelors (GB) are service members assigned to NAS Fallon whose dependents reside in another location. GBs receive BAH at the “with dependents” rate. While GBs are not normally authorized to live in UH, limited berthing may be available.

Housing Service Center (HSC) Support
The Housing Service Center (HSC) can help determine eligibility and explore housing options based on assignment status and pay grade. Depending on your situation, you may qualify for housing in the local community. When authorized to live off base, service members receive Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH).
The Fallon community offers a variety of rental and home-buying options. The HSC provides updated listings, guidance on leases, and support when working with local landlords and property managers.
