Housing for Families

Privatized Family Housing
NAS Fallon partners with Liberty Military Housing to offer family housing options on base. Contact the HSC for details on floor plans, pet policies, resident guidelines, and neighborhood information. For full PPV housing details, visit our Liberty Military Housing partner site.

Application Process
Eligible applicants include Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard members. Check in with the HSC within 30 days of arrival to receive full local move benefits. Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email. Remote submissions must be confirmed within 30 days of reporting.

Unaccompanied Personnel

Unaccompanied personnel authorized BAH should begin with the HSC. We offer affordable rental listings, roommate matching, lease review, and support with landlord or roommate disputes. Local apartments are generally affordable and close to the installation. For those interested in purchasing a home, the FFSC provides home-buying classes and resources.
